After a very disappointing 2011 season, the A’s will have to make some offensive improvements in 2012 through value veterans.

The A’s could have a completely new outfield as Coco Crisp, David DeJesus and Josh Willingham are all slated to be free agents in 2012.

Offensive firepower should be the main focus for the A’s as they have the pitching to win in 2012.
