I have tremendous faith in the receivers already on the Oakland Raiders' roster. Therefore, I don't see the need to pick up guys like Steve Smith and newly freed Plaxico Burress.

That is my rule but there are always exceptions.

Sidney Rice, Santonio Holmes, and Vincent Jackson are big time exceptions....
