The Oakland Raiders are not very far off from having a playoff caliber team. The priorities for the Raiders this offseason should be a  mix of keeping the players that turned around the 7-year Raider funk and attaining a couple of missing pieces.

Then there's the budget, or salary cap, whatever it may be.
